About Us
Laverne Wilson and Associates was founded in l988 in Cleveland, Ohio. Since then, Laverne Wilson & Associates has provided highly successful communication consulting and training to organizations of all sizes and industries. Using tried and true methods LWA helps organizations and their employees engage in more honest, dynamic and effective communications. Whether it be public speaking, workplace communications, meeting facilitation, or personal coaching, LWA can help minimize misunderstandings, improve credibility and build better relationships for individuals, groups, departments, divisions and entire organizations.
Our philosophy is that when communication is good, misunderstandings and employee "incidents" decrease, workers are more engaged making them more productive and satisfied and in turn making the organization much more successful.
